ALE is an Azimut S8, a planing flybridge motoryacht of 24.63 metres launched in 2024 and designed by Alberto Mancini. Three Volvo Penta IPS 1350 engines producing one thousand horsepower each give her a top speed of thirty-four knots and a cruising speed of twenty-eight knots, so the Italian coast unfolds at a pace that makes the passage itself worthwhile rather than an inconvenience between anchorages. The hull is built for the southern Italian sea — the Bay of Naples, the Aeolian Islands, the waters around Sardinia — where the distances between stops reward genuine speed and where arriving in style matters.
Nine guests sleep across four cabins in a layout designed for every family and group configuration without compromise: a master suite, a queen cabin and two twin cabins, the second of which carries an additional Pullman berth. The main salon connects directly to the aft deck through design rather than through a threshold, so moving between air-conditioned ease and the open sea happens without ceremony. The boundary between inside and outside was dissolved by Alberto Mancini, and it shows at every hour of the day.
The flybridge runs open to the sky with generous space for long lunches, slow cocktail hours and those late afternoons when no one is ready to go below. Active stabilisers operate both at anchor and underway, keeping conditions settled regardless of how long the day runs and how flat the guests want the platform. Starlink connectivity and a full outdoor sound system run throughout the yacht; the Williams Sportjet 395 tender, a Sea-Doo 300 hp jet ski and a Seabob sit alongside an inflatable kayak, a stand-up paddleboard and snorkelling equipment for whatever the water demands.
A crew of three — Captain Andrea Carpinelli, stewardess Anna Gallo and deckhand Carmine Ruocco — work aboard with professional focus, leaving nine guests entirely free to treat the yacht as their own. Based in Marina di Stabia near Naples, ALE is available for weekly charters from fifty-three thousand euros plus VAT and APA in low season, and from fifty-eight thousand euros in high season.
