This stage moves from models to specific yachts. W Yachts identifies the hulls that can be acquired now or shortly, establishes the commercial position behind each one and turns that information into a practical viewing and approach sequence.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

• Availability and Leverage Map covering unsold stock, cancelled orders, demonstrators and selected private boats

• Review of each yard's current production and unsold pipeline

• Assessment of the specific dealer's stock exposure and timing

• Viewings arranged and attended with no day rate

• On-board review of condition, specification, omissions and likely rectification costs

• Written note after each viewing

• Recommended sequence for approaching sellers

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

A confidential Availability and Leverage Map, a viewing plan and written post-viewing assessments.

Fixed fee: EUR 2,000. Travel and accommodation, when required, are charged at cost only with prior written approval.
