Shipping & Delivery Policy

Because W Yachts Monaco operates across distinct product categories, "shipping" means different things depending on what you have purchased. This policy explains how each category is delivered, what it costs, and when you can expect it.


1. Books, albums, and merchandise (physical goods)

Physical goods — printed books, limited-edition albums, branded apparel, and accessories — are printed and dispatched by our publishing and fulfilment partners (currently Bookvault, UK) on a print-on-demand basis, except where otherwise stated for limited numbered editions, which are printed in advance and shipped directly from our premises in Nice or Monaco.

Production and dispatch: - Standard print-on-demand titles: produced and dispatched within 3 – 7 business days of order confirmation. - Limited-numbered editions and signed copies: dispatched within 5 – 10 business days once available; pre-orders ship on the announced release date.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service. Free standard shipping applies on physical-goods orders over €150 within the EU.

Customs and import duties: For destinations outside the EU/UK, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country.

Tracking: A tracking number and carrier link are emailed once the parcel is collected by the carrier.

Damage, loss, or non-delivery: If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents before unpacking further, and email tomek@wyachts.com within 7 days of receipt. If a tracked parcel has not arrived within twice the indicative delivery window, we will open a carrier investigation and re-ship or refund at our cost.


2. Yacht acquisitions

Purchases of vessels are not shipped through this Site. The transfer of a yacht to its new owner is governed by the Memorandum of Agreement (MYBA, IYBA, or equivalent) signed between buyer, seller, and broker, and is handled through formal industry processes: closing, registration (flag and port of registry), insurance binder, and physical handover at an agreed marina.

Where the buyer requires onward delivery or repositioning (e.g. transit from a Mediterranean broker to a Caribbean home base), we can arrange this through our network of professional delivery captains and yacht-transport carriers under a separate delivery contract, quoted on a per-mile or per-route basis.


3. Yacht charters

Charters are delivered as a service at the agreed port of embarkation on the agreed date and time, as set out in the signed charter contract (MYBA or equivalent). The vessel, crew, fuel, provisioning, and itinerary are governed by that contract; nothing on the Site replaces or alters its terms.


4. Advisory services and mentorship

Advisory products — 30-minute and 60-minute calls, Pre-Purchase Technical Audits, On-Board Viewing Strategy, Priority Acquisition Retainer, and The Yacht Closer mentorship — are delivered remotely by video call (Zoom, Google Meet, or WhatsApp) and by written report where applicable, except where an on-site component (yacht inspection, sea trial attendance) is explicitly part of the engagement.

After purchase you will receive a scheduling link by email within one business day. Written deliverables (e.g. Pre-Purchase Technical Audit reports) are issued by PDF within the timeframe stated in the relevant product description.


5. Showroom viewings and physical pickup

Our showroom and viewing point is Port Camille Rayon, Quai Napoléon, 06220 Golfe Juan, France. Vessel viewings, document handovers, and physical pickup of pre-purchased printed editions are available by appointment.

6. Restricted destinations

We do not ship physical goods to, and we cannot conclude yacht transactions involving, jurisdictions subject to EU, French, US, or UN sanctions, or persons or entities listed on consolidated sanctions lists. Customer due diligence is performed before any material transaction.
