What you can buy through the online checkout

The online checkout at wyachts.shop is used to purchase physical goods — printed books, limited-numbered albums, and related merchandise — and, where offered, advisory sessions and educational products.

Yacht listings and charter listings shown elsewhere on this website are not sold through the online checkout. They are an invitation to discuss; any binding transaction is concluded separately under a signed Memorandum of Agreement or charter contract, as set out in our Terms of Service.

Prices

All prices are shown in EUR (€). Prices for physical goods are inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise; shipping is calculated separately at checkout based on weight and destination. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time; the price applicable to your order is the one displayed at checkout when you place it.

Order and payment

When you place an order through wyachts.shop you make an offer to purchase the selected product on these terms. Payment is taken at checkout via Shopify Payments and supported methods. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may decline or cancel an order in case of pricing error, suspected fraud, or unavailability, in which case any amount paid is refunded in full.

Pre-order items

Where a product is offered on a pre-order basis, the expected dispatch date is stated clearly on the product page. Payment is taken at the time of order to reserve your copy. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before the item enters production, as detailed in our Refund Policy.

Delivery

Physical goods are dispatched and delivered as described in our Shipping Policy. Advisory and educational products are delivered as described on the relevant product page.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts under Directive 2011/83/EU and the French Consumer Code (Art. L221-18 et seq.). Conditions, exceptions (including personalised and signed limited-edition items), and the procedure are set out in full in our Refund Policy.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence within the EU/EEA. In the event of a dispute, please contact us first at tomek@wyachts.com. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform. Failing amicable resolution, the courts of Nice, France have jurisdiction.
